Return & refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your items. If you’re having an issue with an item, please contact us at roma_zone@sbcglobal.net or call us at 972-533- 4049. Often times we can troubleshoot issues right over the phone or email. We inspect all items that we ship to ensure that you receive the items you ordered. If for some reason you wish to return an item you can do so within 30 days of the ship date. Upon receipt, we will process a product refund as per the condition of the return. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis. A restocking fee might apply.
